I’m glad I bought this figurine for our collection of Savannah animals. The figure itself is accurate to the painted dog. It has the large ears, a nice face, and is on scale with Schleich etc. The figure stands sturdily so no problem there. As you can see, the underpainting of the dog is very nicely done, but the problem is that the dog doesn’t have realistic painted markings. It literally looks like someone took a fine white airbrush and made an L shape and a straight line on each side of the dog. It’s downright ridiculous the artist did that. I have raw sienna, black, white, and burnt sienna acrylics so I created realistic markings on it myself. It came out amazing! So, long story short is I wouldn’t recommend this unless you can fix the spotted markings yourself, but aside from that it is a nice figurine. :-)
