My cat was abused before I adopted him as a rescue. When he gets upset or scared, this toy calms him right down and he'll snuggle it until he falls asleep instead of having a little kitty meltdown. He plays with it more gently than his other toys, too, and always pulls it close and "hugs" it. Definitely a favorite for him, and it's super adorable.
