So far I am very pleased with the overall fit, comfort and quality of this device. I bought it to wear during foreplay, so I've only worn it for short periods of time and never out of the house, but it's fun to wear under clothes for a little while. The best thing about this cage is that the large holes make it very breathable, unlike the plastic chastity device I own. The length is good and allows enough room to swell but not become fully erect, which is perfect, but I certainly wouldn't want it to be any larger. The holes also allow a nice view of what's going on inside. It's also easy to clean and so far doesn't show any signs of discoloration.The biggest downside is that the base ring is very tricky to get on, even the largest size. Once on, it's fairly comfortable and holds the cage in place securely. The cage itself is quite heavy, but kind of pleasurable at the same time. Overall, I'm very pleased but I will probably opt for a hinged base ring if I buy another.
